Create an account, choose a plan and complete the payment; your membership is activated straight away. Then download the app for your device, sign in and start any channel in your plan.

Yes. For uninterrupted playback we recommend a wired (Ethernet) connection on a network separate from your guest Wi-Fi, rather than a shared public wireless network.

No. When the connection drops, the app switches to tracks it has already saved on the device. It keeps checking the connection and returns to the live stream as soon as it is back.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account.

Copyright rules differ from country to country. If you play music in a public space, check with your country's collecting society whether a public performance licence is required.

Yes, if your plan includes more than one user. On a single-user plan, starting playback on a new device stops it on the previous one (for example, playing on your phone stops the lobby speakers).
